ORCA: global configuration

    Absolute speed of surface currents between ORCA at a nominal horizontal resolution of 1/12 :math:`{}^\circ` and 1 :math:`{}^\circ` (there is a refinement towards the equators). The ORCA 1/12 :math:`{}^\circ` data was obtained from the `NOC Jasmin archives <http://gws-access.ceda.ac.uk/public/nemo/>`_.
